The ICCE conferences are internationally recognized events that bring together leading experts, scientists, policy makers, and industry representatives working at the interface of environmental chemistry, environmental science, and environmental engineering. Over the years, ICCE has become an important platform for presenting cutting-edge research, exchanging knowledge, and discussing solutions to emerging environmental challenges.

We expect to host more than 400 participants from different countries. The audience will include experts from academia, regulatory authorities, research institutes, and industry, creating a dynamic environment for interdisciplinary discussion and collaboration.

ICCE 2027 in Gdańsk, Poland, hosted by the University of Gdańsk, will continue this tradition by providing a platform for scientific exchange and collaboration among researchers and professionals from around the world. The conference will offer a unique opportunity for sponsors and exhibitors to engage directly with an international community of researchers, professionals, and decision-makers working in environmental chemistry and related fields.
We invite companies, organizations, and publishers to participate in the exhibition and showcase their products, technologies, and services to a highly specialized audience. Sponsors will benefit from increased visibility, direct interaction with conference participants, and the opportunity to strengthen their presence within the global environmental science community.   • exemption from the conference fee and participation in all additional attractions (welcome reception at the Polish Baltic Philharmony Hall, guided tours, gala dinner at the Olivia Star on the 34th floor) for 4 people,
  • no stand fees,
  • advertisement on the first page of the conference program and in the eBook of Abstracts (after agreeing with the Organizer),
  • placing three Sponsor information brochures in the registration packages for Participants (after agreeing on the form, size and volume with the Organizer)
  • placing the Sponsor's logo on the website and in all conference materials (eBook of Abstracts, conference program),
  • the possibility of setting up additional Sponsor roll-ups at the conference venue.
PLATINUM SPONSOR

5 000 €

  • exemption from the conference fee and participation in all additional attractions (welcome reception at the Polish Baltic Philharmony Hall, guided tours, gala dinner at the Olivia Star on the 34th floor) for 3 people,
  • no stand fees,
  • advertisement in the conference program and in the eBook of Abstracts (after agreeing with the Organizer),
  • placing two Sponsor information brochures in the registration packages for Participants (after agreeing on the form, size and volume with the Organizer)
  • placing the Sponsor's logo on the website and in all conference materials (eBook of Abstracts, conference program),
  • the possibility of setting up additional Sponsor roll-ups at the conference venue.

  • additional fee for the stand (1200 €),
  • exemption from the conference fee and participation in all additional attractions (welcome reception at the Polish Baltic Philharmony Hall, guided tours, gala dinner at the Olivia Star on the 34th floor) for 2 people,
  • placing one Sponsor information brochures in the registration packages for Participants (after agreeing on the form, size and volume with the Organizer)

1 500 €

  • additional fee for the stand (1200 €),

  • placing one Sponsor information brochures in the registration packages for Participants (after agreeing on the form, size and volume with the Organizer)

Delivery of Material

Logo have to be sent to Organizer upon payment of a Pro-forma Invoice.

Adverts to be sent at latest on May 10, 2027.

Material for conference bag to be sent at latest on May 10, 2027.
